Nintendo Switch sales fall in Q2 while profits lifted by US tariffs refund

Nintendo reported lower shipments of its Switch console in the June quarter. A year since the launch of the Switch 2, shipments were down 34.4 percent on an annual basis to 3.82 million units in the quarter. Nintendo implemented a price increase in May in Japan, but said sales there remained "solid", and it will increase prices in the rest of the world in September.
